PM120HY-P, Parallel hybrid, open cargo hold, front bridge and accommodation, powered by two containerized battery (Powerbox), inland speed 7 knots, sea speed up to 10 knots, full electric range 124 nautical miles (230 km), diesel engine mode range 3000km, considering 16 tons of fuel on board, the total cruising range is 3230 km.
PM120HY-P will use shaft line with Fixed Pitch Propeller as main propulsion system, with help of steering gear and rudder and bower thruster. The PTI gearbox will be used to install D/G, e-Motor and Shaft together, the clutch will be used to control by EMS system.
Due to the use of parallel hybrid power system, PM120HY uses “Boost Mode” to reach the highest speed if needed. PM120HY-P uses “Generator mode” to charge the Powerbox, the Powerbox could be fully charged onboard.
