Sightseeing Ferry
High-speed Ferry for Sheltered Sea Areas
Utilizing ASV Technology
A 10-minute charging time allows this full electric ferry to operate for 60 minutes.
In the Stockholm archipelago, this 20-meter-long ferry transports up to 100 people on their daily commute. The project replaced the original 250 kW diesel engine (which annually emitted 130 tons of carbon dioxide, 1.5 tons of nitrogen oxides, and 80 kilograms of particulate matter) with two 125 kW electric motors powered by a 180 kWh nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) battery.
