The CEO and major shareholder, Kevin Feng, graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and has 30 years of experience in ship electric propulsion systems. Additionally, the company's technical director and production director each have over 30 years of industry and professional experience. Furthermore, the company also has several senior domestic and international experts and industry consultants in electric and hybrid power.

Graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a major in Power System Automation, with 30 years of experience in electrical engineering design for new energy nuclear power plants and electric propulsion systems for ships. Previously worked at Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research and Design Institute, Bechtel Corporation, and GE Industrial Systems. Founded Shanghai Blunautayacht, Shanghai Powermaster Technology Co., Ltd., and General Energies Electric Ship (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
