New Build and Retrofit
Build for Electric Ships
The General Control System (GCS) is an integrated solution designed specifically for electric ships, combining the Energy Management System (EMS), Steering Control System (SCS), and Propulsion Control System (PCS). PLC-based EMS monitors and controls power flow between batteries, motors, and generators, ensuring efficient energy use. The SCS replaces traditional hydraulics with servo-driven electric actuators for precise, energy-saving rudder control. PCS manages various propulsion types through a modular interface with intelligent displays and hybrid mode switching. Together, the GCS provides centralized, reliable, and intelligent control of propulsion, steering, and power systems, enhancing vessel safety, efficiency, and ease of operation.
